Ground Mounted Solar Structure​

Ground mounted solar structures mainly fix photovoltaic modules to the ground through a dedicated support system, which is suitable for large photovoltaic power plants, wasteland, mountain slopes and other open areas. It has the advantages of high power generation efficiency, easy maintenance, and scalable deployment.

Core structure composition:
Column (supporting column)
As the "load-bearing skeleton" of the entire system, it is directly driven or fixed to the ground foundation. The commonly used materials are Q235B carbon steel (hot-dip galvanized) or AL6005-T5 aluminum alloy, which have high strength and corrosion resistance. The installation depth and spacing are determined based on geological conditions and wind and snow loads.

Horizontal and inclined beams
The framework system that constitutes the bracket horizontally carries the weight of the photovoltaic modules and enhances overall stability through a triangular structure, resisting wind pressure and snow loads. Aluminum alloy guide rails or galvanized C-shaped steel are usually used.

Connecting components and pressure blocks
Including stainless steel bolts, SUS304 fasteners, edge pressure blocks, medium pressure blocks, etc., used for the firm connection between components and guide rails, ensuring long-term operation without loosening.

Basic form

Pile driving foundation: Use a pile driver to directly drive the columns 1-2 meters underground, without the need for concrete pouring, with fast construction, environmental protection, and suitable for non petrochemical soil.
Concrete independent foundation/strip foundation: suitable for soft soil or high bearing requirements, with stronger stability.
