Structural features
The space truss structure is adopted, and the rods are mainly composed of a single equilateral angle steel or a combined angle steel, with a simple structure and good force performance. High-quality materials
The rod materials are generally Q235 (A3F) and Q345 (16Mn). These two materials have good strength and toughness and meet the mechanical performance requirements of transmission line towers.

Connection method
The connection between the rods adopts thick bolts and bolt shear connection. The connection is simple and reliable, easy to install and maintain. The whole tower is composed of angle steel, connecting steel plates and bolts. Individual parts such as the tower feet are welded into a combination of several steel plates. The structure is clear and easy to manufacture and transport.

Anti-corrosion treatment
The hot-dip galvanized layer forms a strong metallurgical bond with the steel. The zinc layer becomes part of the steel surface and is not easy to fall off, providing long-lasting anti-corrosion protection. Even in harsh environments, it can maintain a long-term anti-corrosion effect. In suburban areas, standard hot-dip galvanizing can last for more than 50 years, and in urban or coastal areas, it can last for about 20 years.
