Material composition: The main body is made of hot-dip galvanized angle steel (mostly Q235B/Q345B), which is connected by bolts to form a spatial truss structure. The zinc layer thickness is ≥ 86 μ m to ensure a corrosion resistance life of more than 30 years.
Purpose: Dedicated to overhead transmission lines, supporting conductors and lightning rods, withstanding conductor tension and wind loads (design wind pressure 0.65-1.0 kN/m ²).
Mechanical optimization: The tower body adopts a trapezoidal narrowing structure (such as a cat head shaped or wine glass shaped tower) to enhance its anti overturning ability and withstand typhoons of level 17 (wind speed ≥ 56.1m/s).
Modular construction: prefabricated in three sections: tower legs, tower body, and cross arm, supporting rapid assembly (such as a single tower weighing 3980 tons for ultra-high voltage engineering).
